Event PreOrder

Once you arrive at the event, locate Shvonne Latrice's table to pick up your order. Please have your name and order number handy for pickup.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU PICK UP. NO ADJUSTMENTS CAN BE MADE DOWN THE LINE.

If you cannot attend the event, your order will be canceled and you will be charged a restocking fee of 50%. Shipping is NOT an option.

AS OF JUNE 2026, RESTOCKING FEES WILL NOW BE 50% OF PURCHASE PRICE.

PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you do not pick up or if you cancel an order that was requested to be personalized, you will forfeit your book and funds.

To cancel a preorder before the event takes place or for any issues regarding your event preorder, email EventOrder@theshvonnelatrice.com with your order number in the subject line.

DMs or social media messages/posts of any kind are NOT recommended as they may not be seen in time or AT ALL.

Regardless of when or why you cancel, there will be a restocking fee charged. Personalized orders/books are non-refundable even upon cancellation.

Per policy, YOU MUST CHECK YOUR ORDER UPON PICK UP.

No changes, replacements, or refunds will be given once the order is picked up and taken home.

This policy applies to books purchased at the event as well. Mistake purchases will NOT be rectified upon event completion.

When you place a preorder, these books are paid for, printed, and shipped. Cancelation enhances possible repeated transportation damage, unnecessary costs as well as shipping and handling to get the books transported to and from events.

Preorders that requested personalization WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

Please be sure you are attending the event before you order. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No. Applying Pressure, the special edition version, is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. It cannot be bought beforehand.

Crenshaw Kings special editions were for shipping ONLY, are sold out, and are no longer available

Unfortunately, no. To prevent possible loss of product or items not being received, only the purchaser can pick up their preorder to ensure every order is recieved.

If you would like to have someone (NOT A SERVICE) pick it up for you, you MUST send an email to EventOrder@theshvonnelatrice.com one week PRIOR to the event. Include your order number in the subject line. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We are NOT responsible for your order once picked up.

Sending an email to grant authorization to another person to pick up your order is an automatic agreement to the terms that we are NOT responsible for the damage of, loss of, or incorrect books once your desginated person picks them up.
