Return Policy
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. However, if a book arrives to you with a misprint, we will be happy to reship it out once notified. If the book is no longer available, a refund will be issued at that time.
NOTE: Misprints are categorized as words missing from the page or pages missing from the interior of the novel. Mispellings, grammar or damage inflicted on the outside of the book via the carrier are NOT classified as misprints.
Items that are NOT books can only be refunded if damaged.
All misprinted books/damaged non-book items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE. After the 24 hour period, claims of any kind will NOT be accepted.
If a package is lost or damaged by the carrier, you must notify the carrier. We are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, FED EX, etc)
Preordered books for events are subject to a 50% restocking fee upon cancellations or failure to pick up. SHIPPING WILL NOT BE AN OPTION.
NO REFUNDS ON CONSULTATIONS or PREORDERED SHIPPING ITEMS.
SHVONNE LATRICE BOOKS has the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any reason.
