There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, however if an item arrives to you damaged, we will be happy to reship it out once notified. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued at that time.
All damaged items must be reported within 32 hours of delivery with PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE.
If a package is lost by the carrier, you must notify the carrier. We are NOT responsible for items lost by the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, FED EX, etc)
