Return Policy

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. However if a book arrives to you with a misprint, we will be happy to reship it out once notified. If the book is no longer available, a refund will be issued at that time. 

Items that are NOT books can only be refunded if damaged. 

All misprinted books/damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE

If a package is lost or damaged by the carrier, you must notify the carrier. We are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, FED EX, etc)

Preordered books for events are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon cancellations or failure to pick up. 

NO REFUNDS ON CONSULTATIONS or PREORDERED SHIPPING ITEMS.
